AI translation only when requested, with a warning.
The original Arabic text is always visible. When you tap «Translation» under a paragraph, the device cache is checked first, followed by the community cache; if neither contains it, AI translates that paragraph and the result appears marked «AI translation — not a scholarly source». Each paragraph is translated into a given language only once — subsequent readers see it immediately. The daily limit is shared with Davra Hadis. AI translates only the commentator’s own words: a verse within the tafsir is taken from the verified translation in the Quran section, and a hadith from the human translation in the Hadith database. A translation approved by the teacher becomes «verified»; if you find an error — «I found an error».

If you enable «automatically request translation» in Settings, the translation of the opened passage will load automatically — within the limit.
