Someone with internet delivers your message to the server.
You have no internet, but someone nearby does — your message is transferred to them via Bluetooth and reaches the regular Davra chat through them. The intermediary cannot see the text or write anything on your behalf: the message is signed with your key. You receive a confirmation once it has been delivered.
