Call someone next to you without internet: over shared Wi-Fi first, then Wi-Fi Direct, and failing that, voice only over Bluetooth. The call is end-to-end encrypted and verified with a 4-emoji security code. It rings on the lock screen, and there's a mini window mode and call history.
