Building network and knowledge library
Android
Wi-Fi without internet, books, maps, Wikipedia.
Davra phones connected to the same Wi-Fi (without internet) find each other, and a phone can open its own network with a QR code. In the library you share books, maps, .zim files (offline Wikipedia), Quran packs and the Davra app itself — every file is checked with SHA-256, and whoever receives it passes it on. You can even send the app to a friend over your own Wi-Fi hotspot, no internet needed.
