Packages are downloaded once, then work offline.

The text comes with the app; translation, word-for-word, and reciter timing packages are downloaded once and remain on the device. Each package is checked against the checksum in the official list — fake translations won't pass. Packages can be shared with a friend as .dqp files via a Davra chat or Bluetooth.
