The grading seal — sahih, hasan, da'if, mawdu' — and which muhaddith evaluated it (Albani, Arnaut, Zubayr Ali Zay, Zahabi, and others); multiple gradings are preserved for a single hadith, and you choose the primary muhaddith yourself.
